My name is Zayan Malik, and I am currently a rising senior at Conestoga High School in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. I am passionate about empowering people to be able to make educated decisions about their finances and giving them lifelong financial skills. I’ve always thought this has been an overlooked issue in our society that needs to be addressed by both our representatives in the government and everyday citizens. For this reason I founded the Financial Freedom Initiative in 2023, which is the organization running this blog and newsletter.
